In hopes of welcoming more players, The Lottery will be opening their applications during Round 1. There will be no reserves in this period. So what does that mean, exactly?
This means that characters who app in between now (March 18, 2016) and the end of the round will be able to play within Shiroiwa academy. They will also be able to post in the meme community and within the ooc community. They will not be able to post in the current Attribution Study round.
This gives new players a chance to build their CR and to also test the waters to see if they would like to stay with us for Round 2!
